Matilde Giampieri (2001) is an artist and photographer working in the field of -photographic research. The darkroom is the key element of her production and the single shot is connected to a universe of references to the classic world in an exchange of glances between poetry and carnality. The ethereal space penetrates the most earthly one through its search for a static, metaphysical time that goes beyond the contemporary and refers to immobile worlds.
