Michael Scerbo invited me to the conclusive performance of the DANCING PLAGUE exhibition, curated by Panos Giannikopoulosat the Galleria D’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Bergamo . The result of our collaboration is a text, “Undisciplined dressage: a non-theory of intoxicated movements”, in which a disjointed set of fractured experiences are brought together to explore the energies that shape them. The aim is freeing all these energies, locked up in the domain of the exceptional, to let them to contaminate the everywhere and the normality of everyday life. Thanks to the Buka residency, I was able to visually present and develop some of the elements woven into my work.
